Position1: DIVISION MANAGER, RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

JOB SUMMARY
Essential Function
Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Relationship Management team;
Lead the Relationship Management team to mobilize fresh resources (Deposit, FCY, and Share capital);
Facilitate the work Process of customer relationship Management team by developing clear role & responsibilities;
Ensure that enhanced service quality is provided for high for high valued customers by the bank;
Ensure the relationship management team are mobilizing fresh resource(Deposit, FCY and Share Capital);
Acquire & expand high value customer relationship by maximizing sale opportunity;
Establish Banking relationships with key business influencer in the country economy;
Coache relationship management team under the domain to leverage sales techniques.
Coach, mentor, and train the branches sales representatives on all sales skills aspects;
Performs any other duties assigned by the supervisor;

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MA/BA in Marketing Management, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields with 7.5/9.5
years of experience in relevant fields in banking industry.
Place of Work: – Addis Ababa, Hawassa

Position2: BRANCH MANAGER – GRADE C

JOB SUMMARY
Essential Function
Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
Engages in all operational activities of the branch as required by the volume and intensity of the work,
Ensures the success and best achievement of the Branch in providing excelling customer services,
Prepares annual action plan of the branch and manages all resources availed to accomplish and meet the goal,
Ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedure throughout the branch,
Prepare & submit periodic performance report of the branch.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5
years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services
manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A
Place of Work: – Jigjiga, Abi-adi
