Job Description

We are looking for five energetic and persuasive Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition and onboard car owners and renters onto the DASGUZO platform. You’ll play a frontline role in building DASGUZO’s user base and community.

Employment Type: Contract

Salary and Compensation:

We’ve put together the following payment structure, which we believe will serve the best interests of both you and the company.

Base Salary: 5000 per month (Transport and phone)

Commission for listing a car: 

5 cars per day - 100 ETB per Car 

6 - 15 cars per day - 110 ETB per each additional car

> 15 cars per day - 120 ETB for each additional car 

Commission from rental: 10% rental commission fee for three months

 Commission is calculated monthly based on completed and confirmed transactions initiated through your direct efforts (as defined in the sales policy).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote products or services to potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs and preferences.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

  • Communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights and feedback.

  • Participate in training programs to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven 5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a marketing or related industry. Experience in a technology-based company is a plus. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Familiarity with various sales techniques and strategies.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

  • Positive attitude and resilience when facing challenges.
