Position 1: Digital Payment Officer I
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant work experience is considered a plus.
Job Summary:
The Digital Payment Officer I will support the day-to-day operations and upkeep of digital payment platforms. Responsibilities include assisting with the integration of new partner institutions into the digital payment ecosystem, monitoring system interfaces and transactions, and participating in testing activities related to application updates or changes.
Position 2: Card Payment Switch Officer I
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience is advantageous.
Job Summary:
The Card Payment Switch Officer I will assist with the routine operation and maintenance of the card payment switch system. Key duties involve helping with the onboarding process for new institutions, supporting software testing related to system changes, and offering client support during project execution and when issues are escalated.
