Position 1: Online Sales Representative
Qualifications:
- Age between 18 to 28; energetic, resilient, and passionate about animation and gaming.
- Basic computer skills and fluent in English communication.
- Capable of handling work-related stress with a positive, cheerful, and open-minded attitude.
- No prior work experience needed — comprehensive training will be provided until you can work independently.
Working Hours:
- 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- One day off each week (Sunday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests online in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively in English, demonstrating patience and enthusiasm.
- Maintain strong motivation and comply strictly with company policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly take-home salary: 10,000 (bonuses offered separately).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated success in marketing or sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to design unique marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work both independently and within a team setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Seek out and develop new customer leads and opportunities.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms.
- Analyze market data and competitor behavior to uncover potential growth areas.
- Prepare detailed marketing and sales reports for upper management.
- Contribute insights to product development and pricing based on market trends.
- Keep up-to-date with new marketing tools, trends, and technologies.
