Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and grow within the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design principles, a passion for furniture, and a willingness to develop technical and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

       Assist in creating and refining design concepts under the guidance of senior designers.

       Prepare detailed technical drawings for production using CAD software.

       Support in material selection and optimization for cost-effective designs.

       Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure designs meet quality and functionality standards.

       Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.

       Help maintain design documentation, including BOMs (Bills of Materials) and revisions.

Requirements:

       Experience: 0–1years in furniture/product design (internships or academic projects accepted).

       Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.

       Creativity: Strong conceptual thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics.

       Learning Attitude: Eagerness to develop skills in furniture design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

       Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and production staff.

Qualifications:

       Degree in Industrial Design, furniture design, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to lead our design team and drive excellence in furniture innovation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, artistic vision, and leadership to deliver designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

       Create and optimize operational drawings for production.

       Develop, refine, and modify new design concepts to meet client and market demands.

       Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering skill development and collaboration.

       Prepare and review bills of materials (BOMs) to optimize material usage and reduce waste.

       Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, client specifications, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

       Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in furniture design, with at least 3 years exclusively in furniture manufacturing design.

       Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

       Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of furniture design principles, production processes, and material optimization.

       Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to create accurate, aesthetically pleasing, and functional furniture designs.

       Leadership: Experience guiding junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally.

Qualifications:

       Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, industrial engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
