Siket Bank
Siket Bank, formerly known as Addis Credit and Finance S.C., recently held an event at Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. The bank is preparing to commence full banking operations following the acquisition of a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. Until then, it will continue offering microfinance services and will maintain these services even after the official launch of its banking operations.
Position 1: Public Relations Officer
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must possess at least a BA degree from a recognized institution in one of the following or closely related fields: Management, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in public relations, preferably within the banking or financial sector, is required.
Role Overview:
The role entails the efficient execution of the Bank’s communication and promotional activities. The position holder is expected to plan, implement, and assess communication strategies to support the Bank’s public relations objectives.
Duty Station: Head Office
Position 2: Senior Talent Acquisition Officer
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants must hold a BA degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related business field.
A minimum of four (4) years of work experience in the banking sector is required, specifically in a Talent Acquisition or closely related role.
Role Overview:
The officer will oversee the recruitment and selection processes to ensure the Bank attracts and hires competent individuals aligned with its mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Position 3: Senior Graphic Design Officer
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must have a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Applicants should have five (5) years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a banking environment.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as expertise in motion graphics, video editing, GIF creation, 3D modeling, and animation, is highly preferred. A strong, diverse design portfolio is essential.

Position 4: Branch Manager I
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of BA/BSc, preferably MA/MBA/MSc, in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Economics, Management, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
Applicants must have at least six (6) years of experience in banking, with a minimum of two (2) years in a leadership role such as Business Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, or other core banking functions.
