Job position -HR Operation Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Public Administration and Development Management, or any other Business-related field of study
Experience: Minimum of three(3) years progressive experience, preferably in the FMCG Industry.
Knowledge of relevant legal proclamations and policies.
Very good IT skills, experience in ERP, SAP, etc..
Main Responsibilities
Supporting the business and developing the workforce in a proactive manner to be able to deliver today’s objectives, as well as preparing and adjusting to meet the skills and capability needs of the future business, with a consistent goal of increasing the quality of the business’s resource pool. Responsible for local talent and performance management strategy, as well as defining and managing the business’s learning and development strategy, including Leadership Development, in close collaboration with the central team in charge of employee training and education.
