Job Description
The Temporary Data Cleanser will play a
crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our data for a
specific project. This is a temporary position to assist with a specific data
cleansing project.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze large datasets for inconsistencies,
errors, and duplicates.
- Identify and correct data quality issues, such as
missing information, incorrect formats, and invalid values.
- Standardize data formats and ensure consistency across
projects data sources.
- Create and maintain data cleansing documentation and
reports.
- Collaborate with data analysts and other team members
to identify data requirements and improve data quality processes.
About You
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools
(e.g., Excel, and other statistical and BI tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data cleansing and data quality
improvement projects.
- Knowledge of data validation and scrubbing techniques.
