Position: Junior HR
Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Public Administration, or
Administration Management
- At least 1 year of experience
in a technical or HR-related role.
- Strong technical and logical
problem-solving skills
- • Excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written
- We are seeking a motivated and
detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our growing Human Resources
team. This entry- level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain
hands-on experience in HR functions while supporting our strategic goals
and ensuring smooth HR operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment
process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding and
off boarding procedures.
- Help manage and resolve
employee inquiries and concerns with a focus on delivering exceptional
service
- Provide administrative support
to HR team members as needed.
- Maintain and update employee records
and HR databases.
