Position 1: Management Assistant
Qualifications: Applicants must hold a BA degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administrative Services Management, with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Manager – Card Banking Operations
Educational Background: Candidates should possess an MA or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years (for MA holders) or 8 years (for BA holders) of professional banking experience is required, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within card banking operations. Familiarity with PCI Security Standards and hands-on experience with international card systems such as Visa and MasterCard (both issuing and acquiring) is essential.
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Manager – Grade 1
Qualifications: A BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any other business-related discipline is required. Candidates must have a total of six years of banking experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
Work Locations: Assasa Branch and Haji Aliyu (Werabe) Branch
