Afrobin Logistics is a rapidly expanding last-mile logistics company powered by innovative technology. Our focus is on delivering scalable, efficient, and customer-first delivery solutions. By utilizing advanced logistics technology, we continuously improve operational efficiency and elevate the quality of service.

We are currently hiring for two key roles to support our growth and enhance our operations in Addis Ababa:

Position 1: Operations Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, ideally within the logistics sector.
• Knowledge of logistics technologies (such as delivery apps or Transport Management Systems) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Support strategies to boost revenue.
• Maintain and grow client relationships.

Marketing

• Execute digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
• Promote brand awareness through outreach initiatives.
• Use data analytics to inform marketing decisions.

Position 2: Sales & Marketing Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of B2B sales or marketing experience, preferably in logistics.
• Familiarity with logistics platforms or tools (e.g., TMS, delivery software) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

• Drive new business acquisition.
• Contribute to revenue growth plans.
• Build and manage client relationships.

Marketing

• Plan and implement online marketing campaigns.
• Increase brand presence through strategic outreach.
• Apply data insights to optimize marketing efforts.
