Position 1: Senior Data Center Engineer
The Senior Data Center Engineer manages and optimizes data center infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. Responsibilities include overseeing data center facilities, environmental monitoring, and infrastructure design, supporting networking and computing integration, and contributing to data center design and construction. The role also involves troubleshooting, capacity planning, and compliance with industry standards.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies
- 6/4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in professional positions
Position 2: Datacenter Administration Officer III
The Data Center Administrator III is responsible for managing and maintaining critical data center facilities. This role includes generator and UPS maintenance, air conditioning maintenance and troubleshooting, and network structural cabling. Additionally, the position involves basic electrical installations and ensuring the reliability of infrastructure to support data center operations 24/7.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies
- 6/4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in professional positions
Position 3: Senior IT Customer Service Officer
Support IT service operations with advanced responsibility in incident, problem, and change management. Ensure effective service request fulfillment, monitor service quality, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance to junior officers and assist in maintaining service reporting and performance metrics.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies
- 6/4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in professional positions
