Position 2:Quality Control Officer
About the Job- Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, materials, components, and finished products or services to identify quality issues, defects, or non-conformities.
- Review specifications, blueprints, and technical documents to understand quality requirements, tolerances, and acceptance criteria for products or services.
- Collect and analyze quality data, metrics, and performance indicators to evaluate process capabilities, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document and report quality findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken, maintaining accurate records, logs, and inspection reports for traceability and accountability.
- Coordinate with external auditors, customers, and regulatory agencies during quality audits, inspections, or certifications, providing documentation and support as needed.
- Record the Quantity of the production
About You- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, industrial technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or quality management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and process performance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections, measurements, and tests, ensuring compliance with quality specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues.

- Assist in the procurement process by identifying potential vendors and assisting in the evaluation process
- Identify and recommend cost-effective ways to purchase goods, services, and equipment
- Ensure that all supplies are current and in adequate to meet anticipated needs
- Assess the need for purchases (such as equipment/inventory, supplies)
- Respond to requests from vendors and customers regarding invoicing and payment, and requesting delivery of company products/services
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or other degree with a major in accounting or a related field (e.g., business, finance)
- A number of years of experience in purchasing and/or management, specializing in the procurement of goods and services
- Effective written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge in the use of computer software, such as spreadsheet applications (i.e., Microsoft Excel) for data analysis is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively.
