Job Summary:
The EO, Commerce is responsible for the marketing, sales, and procurement of the agro cluster. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing sales operations, and overseeing procurement functions to ensure supply chain efficiency and market growth. The role bridges the gap between supply and demand to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
MARKETING:
- Develop and oversee implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor’s analysis, and customer insight
- Plan and execute advertising, branding, and promotional activities (online and offline).
- Build and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media content marketing)
- Coordinate with product development team to align market needs with product offering.
SALES:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for revenue and volume
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and manage customer relationship to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead sales negotiation contract discussion and closing.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate periodic sales reports.
PROCUREMENT:
- Develop procurement strategy for raw material, packaging, and other operational imputes.
- Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Manage procurement contract and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Monitor inventory level and coordinate with production and warehouse team.
- Maintain supplier relationships, with venders and assess supplier performance regularly.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Monthly marketing report and sales performance analysis
- Procurement plan and cost efficiency reports.
- Customer and supplier database management.
- Market intelligence reports and competitor benchmarking
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- MBA or post-graduate Diploma is preferred.
- Minimum 14 years of experience in similar role , preferably in agriculture, agro processing, Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or manufacturing sectors. And out of the total experience 8 years should be at managerial level.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong negotiation and communication skill
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
- Leadership and team collaboration.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools? (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing).
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Sales force, Zoho, SAP).
- Familiarity with procurement software and vender management system.
- Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Understanding of supply chain dynamics and pricing strategies.
- Has strong knowledge and experience of export and import of goods to be sold and purchased.

Job Summary:
The Fruit, Vegetables and other products Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing all sales activities related to the company’s fruit, vegetable, and other product lines. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expanding market reach, managing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient sales operations within the agricultural sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans for fruit, vegetables, and other products in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for revenue and volume for the assigned product categories.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets for fruit, vegetables, and other products, both domestically and potentially internationally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including wholesalers, retailers, processors, and exporters.
- Lead and manage the sales team responsible for fruit, vegetables, and other products, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs related to fruit, vegetables, and other products to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Oversee pricing strategies and ensure competitive positioning of the products in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and sales campaigns for fruit, vegetables, and other products.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of products to customers.
- Manage sales budgets and monitor sales expenses.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to the Marketing, Sales & Business Development Director.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards for the sale of fruit, vegetables, and other products.
