The position holder is responsible to protect the Bank’s interests in debt-related matters and navigate the legal complexities involved in debt collection and foreclosure proceedings. It aims to efficiently handle recovering outstanding debts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements
LLB Degree in Law or other relevant Field of Study with 1 year of relevant experience
Competency Requirements
Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity & Trust, and Customer Focus],
Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving]
Technical Competency [ Legal advisory Services, Legal drafting]
