About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Software Technical Tester who is capable of executing and managing all types of software testing, including manual, automated, functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing. In addition to strong testing expertise, the ideal candidate must possess development experience in MERN stack and Flutter, ensuring a deep understanding of software behavior and potential vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases across web and mobile platforms
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI teams for continuous quality improvement
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using relevant frameworks
• Contribute to code reviews and debug issues when necessary (MERN/Flutter-based apps)
• Participate in sprint planning and provide technical feedback

About You

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing across various domains
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress, JMeter)
• Proficiency in testing APIs, databases, and UI/UX flows

Strong development background in:

• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Flutter (for Android & iOS apps)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
