Position1: Operation Controller (for Zebidar plant)

About the Job

1. Job Summary

Control, monitor and report daily frontline logistics operations in the plant by c analyzing operational performance, communicating, providing guidance, identifying and addressing operational challenges to optimize efficiency and profitability

2. Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop loading and unloading plans based on shipment information, delivery schedules, and available resources. Coordinate with warehouse staff, truck drivers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate execution of loading/offloading operations.
  • Determine the required equipment, such as forklifts, pallet, or transporter systems, for efficient loading/offloading. Allocate resources effectively, considering factors such as equipment availability, workload, and safety requirements
  • Provide guidance and supervision to warehouse personnel involved in loading/offloading activities. Ensure proper training of staff in operating equipment, following safety protocols, and handling goods to prevent damage or accidents.
  • Monitor the loading/offloading process to ensure compliance with quality standards, such as proper handling, packaging, and labeling of goods. Conduct inspections to verify the accuracy of shipments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with storekeeper to maintain accurate inventory records before and after loading/offloading operations. Update inventory systems or documentation to reflect the movement of goods, including damaged or returned items.
  • Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment during loading/offloading operations. Promote adherence to occupational health and safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling practices.
  • Communicate with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate loading/offloading activities effectively. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, loading/offloading processes, and any incidents or issues that arise.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track loading/offloading operations performance.
  • Identify and address operational challenges during loading/offloading operations, such as equipment malfunctions, space constraints, or time constraints. Implement corrective measures and alternative solutions to minimize disruptions and delays.
  • Evaluate loading/offloading processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
About You
  • The position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, Management or relevant field.
  • 5 or 2 years proven experience in operation management, logistics or transport.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of operational process and logistics.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Position2:Chemist (Zebidar)

About the Job

Assure physico-chemical laboratory analysis and result from raw materials to final product, and wastewater is compliant with company’s standard and national regulations by performing generic, both planned and unplanned, physico- chemical analysis, inspections and maintains quality related records according to control plans, through making-up of cleaning chemicals/reagents, handling of laboratory equipment and maintaining good housekeeping and record keeping of analytical results and chemical consumptions.

  • Follow Quality Assurance standards and specifications, and Conduct Physico – chemical analysis of raw material, intermediate products, and final products and byproducts from brew house, fermentation, and maturation beer, filtered beer, final products, waste treatment samples. And record results properly on established applications.
  • Perform all quality activities are conducted in alignment with safety, quality, and sustainability initiatives, using PPE and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
  • Conduct Physico-chemical and some microbiological test samples from beer processing, general utilities like CO2 purity, treated water sample, Boiler water samples, cooling glycol concentration, chlorine residue test, and etc.
  • Perform calibration schedule of instruments and devices of both inline and laboratory equipment’s are according to requirements.
  • Do organoleptic changes detection for the raw materials, intermediate and finished products is within the typical requirements in every process steps.
  • Make appropriate registration of stock usage of both chemical and materials movement
  • Perform analysis of product recall and market complaint samples
  • Communicate deviations on test results timely and impose process stoppage when necessary for further investigations and decisions
  • Take the shift and daily control plans in to account and, prepare and make available necessary reagents and materials and engage on shifts assigned duties in cooperation with colleagues.
  • Commit for their own professional development in the respective discipline’s state of the art technological knowledge
  • Apply safety measures are as required and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
About You
  • The position requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry/Applied Biology/Chemical Engineering/Industrial Chemistry or Food Science or Microbiology or relevant fields
  • 2 years’ minimum experience in food and drinks/FMCG industry

Position1:IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager is responsible to oversee and drive the successful delivery of technology projects from inception to completion and design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and modern software development frameworks. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional project teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure that project goals align with business objectives. In addition, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in advancing our low-code/no-code strategy and integrating enterprise data sources, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 (Business Central), SharePoint, ELEADER, Dimo Maint and external APIs.

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, risk logs, communication plans, and status reports.
  • Lead project team meetings, track progress, and report on project performance to senior management and stakeholders
  • Apply project governance and change management best practices.
  • Develop scalable and secure Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI Reports).
  • Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
  • Integrate Power Platform with data sources like SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure SQL, Business Central, and third-party APIs.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, business application implementations, and cloud migrations, as required.

About You

  • MSc/BSc Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • 6- and 8 years relevant experience with 3 years at IT Project Management role for MSc and BSc respectively.
  • Hands-on experience in managing projects
  • Hands on experience in software development specifically with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI development and DAX, Power Automate Flows, and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
  • Proficiency in Java, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and experience with .NET Core or other modern frameworks.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of computer systems and how they can be used to support business processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of translating business requirements into technology solutions
  • Experience of managing and coordinating vendors (Integrators)
