Position:1. Senior Treasury Officer (Re-advert)

Job Summary:

This position directly reports to the CFO & contributes to the company’s benefits by maintaining an efficient & secure portfolio of bank accounts through the direction of the CFO to support its operations through overseeing account opening & closing, signatories’ maintenance, documentation, and administration. The officer will support the CFO in all aspects of bank account management activities in an effective manner.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements:

BA/MA graduate in accounting & finance, economics, business administration, or related disciplines.
2-5 years of relevant working experience in corporate treasury/finance operations, administration/secretarial exposure, or banking operations background preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Knowledge of database management is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
​Self-initiative, good business sense, attentiveness to details, and a strong team player.

Position: 2. Share Administrator (Re-advert)

Job Summary:

The Share Administrator will be responsible for managing shareholder records, processing share transactions, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of shareholder relations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update shareholder records and databases.
Coordinate and process share transactions, including issuance and transfers.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the Investor Relations Manager on shareholder communication strategies.
Prepare reports and presentations related to shareholder activities.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a bank or microfinance institution.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

Position: 3. Executive Secretary to the CEO Office (Re-advert)

Job Summary:

The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. This position ensures efficient operation of the CEO office and facilitates effective communication between the CEO and internal/external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
Facilitate communication between the CEO and various stakeholders.
Assist in organizing and preparing for board meetings and other executive events.
Maintain and organize confidential documents and files.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Management, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in an executive secretary role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
