Position 1: Junior Quality Control Officer
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with no prior work experience, or a College Diploma plus TVET Level IV certification with 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will create standardized formats for their tasks and implement them once approved by their direct supervisor.
• Monitor live data to detect delays or inconsistencies in the movement of items; track and update the status of both domestic and international shipments.
• Perform quality control checks at various stages of processing (e.g., sorting, handling) to ensure compliance with set standards. Address any errors in handling or damage to items during the process.
• Maintain detailed logs of quality assessments, incident reports, and corrective actions taken.
• Conduct regular quality assessments of domestic and international postal items and measure customer service quality (e.g., customer lead time at counter windows); analyze the results based on the defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and submit routine reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas needing improvement, to the immediate supervisor.

Position 2: Agent Network Manager
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with 4 years of experience in managing an agency network.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in motivating teams, making difficult decisions, and resolving conflicts.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain a robust agent network aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Identify target markets, assess their potential, and develop expansion plans to increase the reach of our digital finance services.
• Create training and support materials to assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of agents, ensuring they meet the required qualifications and are equipped to provide high-quality services.
• Implement systems to monitor and manage the performance of the agent network, including support mechanisms and incentive programs.
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs for agent teams, regularly evaluating their performance and offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify challenges within the agent network and develop strategies to address inefficiencies, enhancing the overall agent and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for agent network activities.
• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships to expand the agent network, negotiate contracts, and nurture these relationships to increase service coverage.
• Support regional teams with tailored materials and proposals to engage potential strategic partners and agents.
