Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Banking Operations. Familiarity with IFB is a plus.

Number of Vacancies: 10

Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Tepi, Dilla, Woldia, Mersa, Seka Chekorsa, Serbo, Haremaya, Goba, Sheger City, and surrounding areas.

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking Operations. Knowledge of IFB will be an advantage.

Number of Vacancies: 10

Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Tepi, Dilla, Woldia, Mersa, Seka Chekorsa, Serbo, Haremaya, Goba, Sheger City, and surrounding areas.

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 6 years of experience in Banking Operations. Familiarity with IFB is beneficial.

Number of Vacancies: 9

Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Mersa, Goba, Harar, Ajbar, Welkite, Seka Chekorsa, Serbo, Sheger City, and surrounding areas.

Position 4: Branch Operations Supervisor

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Banking Operations. Knowledge of IFB will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

Position 6: Senior Core Banking Officer

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of IFB is a plus.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 7: Senior Network Administrator II

Qualifications:

• A BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with IFB is advantageous.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Additional Notes:

• Training in IFB is beneficial.
