Position 1: Assembly Officer

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Experience:
0–1 year in technical assembly, woodworking, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).

Key Skills:

  • Fundamental understanding of woodworking and assembly techniques
  • Ability to operate hand tools and light equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Desirable (Not Mandatory):

  • Awareness of safety standards in manufacturing or production settings

Work Location: Addis Ababa


Position 2: Showroom Sales Associate

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A recent graduate in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a similar area (0–1 year of work experience is acceptable)
  • Outgoing and confident in customer interactions
  • Highly driven and enthusiastic about sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborative and energetic, especially in retail environments
  • Comfortable using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email)

Work Location: Addis Ababa


Position 3: Cashier

We’re Looking For Candidates Who:

  • Have up to one year of experience in accounting (advantageous but not essential)
  • Possess strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills
  • Demonstrate honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness
  • Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Enjoy customer interactions
  • Are fast learners with a desire to grow professionally

Work Location: Addis Ababa


Position 4: General Service Officer

Qualifications:

  • A TVET diploma in Electrical, General Mechanics, or a related technical area
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience in maintenance or electrical work (new graduates are welcome)

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Familiarity with basic electrical systems and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to take on field assignments and travel when necessary
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus
