Position 1: Project Civil Engineer

About the Job

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Capture the project high level business and technical requirements from the project brief with realistic success criteria acceptable to all key stakeholders
  • Identify project risk profile (Risk Identification)
  • Examine the existing standards and key reference projects, assess similar projects implemented in other factories/ operations
  • Define a holistic project organization that covers all project aspects such as Safety & Health, Process, Product, Operation & Start Up Management, Building & Construction, and Project Management
  • Coordinate the development of the project charter with the support of the sponsor/ owner and present to steering committee
  • Obtain Project Charter sign off by steering committee
  • Identify and propose for sign off project key roles for each function (engineering, production, quality & start-up).
  • Translate the high-level business and technical requirements (captured in the charter) to define the project scope with major deliverables
  • Leverage the learning from existing standards, and ensure that applicable product and process standards are used in the project
  • Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the project
  • Identify the relevant project activities required to produce the project deliverables as identified in the Work Breakdown Structure
  • Prepare the Operation & Start Up execution plan with clear strategy to develop, acquire and qualify: People, Materials, and Operational and Maintenance Methods
  • Develop the integrated project schedule with critical path
  • Establish a cost estimate with the level of accuracy required for AFCE approval; based on current market condition and best of technical expertise
  • Define the project execution, monitoring, controlling and close-out plan (Safety, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources)
  • Develop and get sign off on communication and stakeholder management plan
  • Based on project risk profile identified define the Risk Management Plan (Risk Evaluation, Mitigation, Response and Responsibility)
  • Consolidate the information developed during the planning phase in the project management plan, and obtain sign off by steering committee
  • Liase with Wilmar project support office to define critical technical details
  • Develop BOQ for contractor selection and conduct technical assessment of bid documents
  • Validate technical competence of contractors (previous project visits, client validation, etc)
  • Direct and Manage the project work as defined in the project management plan to achieve project objectives
  • Deliver operational preparation, product validation and line performance qualification that demonstrate a project performance as specified.
  • Control schedule, scope and cost by monitoring the status of project activities and manage changes to the project baseline.
  • Document outcome in a bi/monthly progress report, and publish in the project dashboard.
  • Analyze and manage the risks based on the risk management plan
  • Verify that project work and deliverables meet the project success criteria, and formally validate deliverables acceptance at each workflow milestone/gate.
  • Document defects and lessons learned (Milestone Project Defect Analysis – PDA).
  • Assess the level of competence of the operation/ factory staff and validate SOPs
  • Assess the project KPI and supply chain performance during startup
  • Engage with supplier to develop operation and maintenance manuals/ SOPs
  • Monitor and troubleshoot gaps that are seen.
  • Project team shall finalize project documentation
  • Conduct Project Safety and Security Review together with Safety and Operations staff
  • Provide project feedback (project final report including PDA) with operations team
  • Handover the project with complete documentation to operation staff
  • Acquire formal project close-out sign off by Steering committee

About You

Qualification:

  • BSc Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent Degree
  • 6 years’ experience in a similar role within project management environment or manufacturing sector.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and ability to interpret these principles.

Position 2: Supply Planner

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that supply planning is consistent and optimized versus the forecasts/demand planning.
  • To maintain correct planning parameters in order to drive the SAP/APO planning system and optimize our Inventory by calculating and maintaining the planning systems in the ERPs such as the inventory parameters, safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead-time, and replenishment strategies.
  • To monitor and optimize lead times and minimum order quantities with all suppliers working together with procurement by defining annual order quantities plan and deliver rolling forecast to suppliers and sites
  • To implement inventory management strategies, guidelines and processes to ensure inventory is planned at optimal level to meet target turns
  • To manage high-levels of inventory in-stock using data backed solutions to reduce stock outs while controlling capital usage
  • To define, plan, update, and ensure compliance of Replenishment Strategy & Supply Chain Parameters (stocking policy, time-phased safety stock, forecast upload and consumption rules, reorder point, ramp up/down linked to strategic inventory and anticipation stocks, lead-time) & ensure master data consistency to achieve expected customer service while optimizing the health & level of inventory.
  • To assist in formulating the long or short-term rolling inventory plan to identify risks and opportunities
  • To manage ad-hoc supply planning issues as they arise
  • To prepare shipment plans for the local and import deliveries
  • To effectively track movement of overseas shipments for on-time
  • To control excess, destructions and obsolescence inventory and develop action plans and strategies to minimize and avoid it
  • To generate and analyze reports on key supply chain metrics, such as inventory turns, fill rates, and lead times, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • To collaborate with finance and accounting teams to manage cash flow and ensure inventory investments are aligned with business goals
  • To conducting financial risk assessments decisions relating to inventory, conducts root case analysis when necessary.
  • To ensure effective and proper Inventory, Purchase Order & Master Data management in SAP

Position 3: Integrated Business Planner

Qualification:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive production schedule that aligns with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process that aligns with Heineken’s global standards. Work closely with different teams to make informed decisions, balancing supply and demand effectively.
  • Plan and oversee production, inventory, and materials to ensure products are always available.
  • Plan production capacity effectively across sites while keeping supply chain stock as per the inventory policy
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve any production issues that may arise.

About You
