About the Job
- work with different Government and non- government offices to finalize giving tasks in person
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project management and assist team members as needed.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
About You
Skills and Qualification
- Business Administration and related fields
- More than two years of experience on Administrator
- solid communication skills, both written and verbal; organizational skills; planning skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills, multi-tasking abilities; integrity, honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Fluent (written and spoken) English and Amharic
