About the Job
  • work with different Government and non- government offices to finalize giving tasks in person
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support project management and assist team members as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity.
About You

Skills and Qualification

  • Business Administration and related fields
  • More than two years of experience on Administrator
  • solid communication skills, both written and verbal; organizational skills; planning skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills, multi-tasking abilities; integrity, honesty.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Fluent (written and spoken) English and Amharic
