Position1: Site Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing all on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met. This includes supervising labor, coordinating material flow, and handling client communications on-site.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for playground and fiberglass structure installations.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure site organization.
- Report progress, issues, and material needs to the Project Manager.
- Monitor adherence to technical specifications and site plans.
- Resolve site-level technical issues in coordination with engineers.
- Keep records of daily labor, materials, and work status.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Construction Management, Building Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction or field supervision.
Skills:
- Leadership and team coordination
- Ability to interpret construction layouts and drawings
- Knowledge of site safety and work discipline
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Preferred:
- Experience in playground/fiberglass installation
- Flexibility to travel and stay on remote project sites
Position2: Production Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor oversees manufacturing operations including fiberglass molding, metalworks, and finishing. This role ensures output targets, quality standards, and workshop safety protocols are achieved consistently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure efficient workflow in all factory sections.
- Maintain quality control, timely delivery, and proper material usage.
- Supervise and train factory personnel.
- Enforce production discipline and safety rules.
- Submit daily production reports and resource usage logs.
- Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and quality assurance teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a production supervisory role in a manufacturing setting.
Skills:
- Team leadership and hands-on supervision
- Knowledge of fiberglass or metal fabrication

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or workshop documentation
- Computer skills (Excel, reporting software)

Position3: Remote Digital Marketing Expert
Key Responsibilities –
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and YouTube
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) –
- Create engaging content, visuals, and short promotional videos
- Perform SEO and SEM for website and product pages
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports
- Lead email marketing and automation workflows
- Coordinate with our sales and graphics teams for campaign alignment
