Position 1: Order Processing Clerk
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As an Order Processing
Clerk, you will Process customer orders by entering in the system to ensure
orders and invoices are processed accurately and efficiently resulting in the
best service possible to the customer. This role is based in Addis Ababa and reports
to the Supply chain manager.
Responsibilities:
·
Process and verify the
accuracy of orders from customers in a timely and efficient manner to ensure
that Jotun’s on-time delivery performance objective is achieved.
·
Receive and enter
orders for collection or delivery and ensure proper document flow control.
·
Follow-up with the
warehouse for all customer reports of deliveries.
·
Dispatch invoices and
credit notes to customers and follow up to ensure they are received on time in
total.
·
Perform the data entry
of inventory transactions.
·
Verify, enter, and
review system prices accurately with the customer’s purchase orders and sales
orders. Attach other relevant documents if required.
·
Process customer
returns according to established Jotun’s Guidelines and Procedures.
·
Ensure information on
orders is accurate to facilitate invoice processing.
·
Resolve invoice
inquiries and discrepancies from customers or partners.
·
Work closely with the
Finance Department to resolve disputed credit items.
·
Ensure all exception
and promotion customer pricing follows Jotun’s guidelines.
·
Log customer
complaints in the company’s customer complaint database.

Position 2: Dispatch Clerk
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Dispatch Clerk,
you will complete tasks as assigned by the manager and with relevant skills and
knowledge, contribute to the function’s area of expertise. This role is based
in Addis Ababa and reports to the Supply chain manager.
Responsibilities:

·
Communicating to
transporters, operators, sales & customers.

Position: Raw Material Purchaser
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Raw Material
Purchaser, you will execute and support operational purchasing tasks as
delegated in line with Group Purchasing policies, principles, guidelines, and
procedures for Raw Materials, Purchased Finished Goods, and Direct Packaging
Materials. This role is based in Adama and reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
Responsibilities:

Assist in local
purchasing tasks
·
Align with internal
stakeholders as relevant
·
Assist in evaluating
optimal logistics solutions to support a cost-effective flow of goods to and
from the site.
·
Assist in updating
local parameters in Matrix as instructed
·
Support supplier
invoice control in line with company guidelines.
·
Assist and support in
tasks related to customs procedures and regulations
·
Follow up and report
on agreed KPIs
·
Manage defined
Indirect Material categories on delegation
