Position1: DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily posting on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and their platforms.
- Respond to comments, inbox messages, and online inquiries.
- Help create basic promotional content (captions, graphics, short videos).
- Assist with influencer and ambassador campaigns.
- Track engagement performance using social media insights.
- Participate in planning digital promotions and online sales campaigns.
- Maintain the digital content calendar and follow posting schedules.
- Document and report on the performance of ads and posts monthly.
- Support digital customer relationship building and retention.
- Stay updated on online marketing trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, ICT, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media content.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Knowledge of basic graphic tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or mobile editing apps.
- Strong writing and online communication skills.
- Good time management and creativity.
- Fluency in Amharic and English is preferred.
Position2:Physical Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, markets, and promotional sites regularly to support brand exposure.
- Distribute promotional materials, samples, and signage to approved locations.
- Work closely with shop managers to monitor sales performance and stock rotation.
- Assist in organizing trade fairs, pop-up stores, exhibitions, and fashion showcases.
- Monitor the condition of displays, branding materials, and in-store visuals.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to the Marketing Manager.
- Participate in door-to-door and B2B marketing efforts to attract bulk buyers.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and coordinate with logistics when necessary.
- Assist in running seasonal promotions and tracking their effectiveness.
- Support the marketing team in achieving monthly visibility and engagement KPIs
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in physical or field marketing (experience in the garment or retail industry is preferred).
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently and represent the brand professionally.
- Creativity in merchandising and promotional setups.
- Basic reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in Amharic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Position3: STORE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control all stock activities to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain up-to-date stock cards, bin cards, and inventory records.
- Ensure proper documentation and system entry of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile them with records.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of all storage areas.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and other inventory best practices.
- Identify and report obsolete, slow-moving, or damaged stock.
- Train and guide storekeepers on stock procedures and discipline.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR and general service reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of stock handling systems (manual and digital).
- Attention to detail and good record-keeping habits.
- Experience using Excel or inventory management software.
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in Amharic; basic English is a plus.
Position4: HR & General Service Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage job advertisements, interviews, hiring processes, and contract issuance.
- Lead onboarding, training, and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure consistent implementation of labor laws and company policies.
- Handle grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leave, and personnel records using manual or digital systems.
- Supervise cleaners, security guards, and general service teams.
- Oversee the upkeep of buildings, office supplies, and staff accommodations (if applicable).
- Support procurement and logistics for non-production-related items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR or general service management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and employment standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Experience managing support teams and facility services.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Fluency in Amharic; good English skills are preferred.
Position5: Finance & Accounting Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping for all transactions.
- Process invoices, track payments, and manage petty cash requests.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure balance accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and Ethiopian tax laws.
- Support payroll processing and pension contributions.
- File VAT, withholding tax, and income tax reports on time.
- Assist in budget preparation and audit processes.
- Archive financial documents in an organized and easily retrievable manner.
- Provide financial data and reports to management as needed.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing or service sector.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks, or similar).
- High numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in Amharic; basic proficiency in English is preferred.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
