Position1: General Foreman
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and according to project plans and specifications.
- Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Document quality control findings and take corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction management, Civil Engineering or relevant fields of study with a minimum of (4) years of demonstrated experience OR Diploma or equivalent in Construction or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience.
Position2: Construction Engineer
- Oversee the daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure that work is progressing according to the project schedule.
- Monitor quality control measures and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and suppliers.
- Interpret and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to construction crews.
- Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during construction.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures on the construction site.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards.
- Establish and implement quality control measures.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards.
- Document quality control findings and take corrective actions as needed.
- Track project progress and identify any deviations from the schedule.

Position3:Junior Accountant – Collection
Check that all account receivable transactions are complying with the Company’s financial policies and procedure.
● Check all recorded invoices and credit notes are correct in respect of codes and debtor.
● Receive payment by cash, cheque, or vouchers.
● Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
● Liaise with the sales team to ensure that customer invoicing and credit notes process and transactions comply with the rules, policies and procedures.
● Maintain effective filing systems for all accounts receivable reports and source documents.
● Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts and locate and monitor overdue accounts using computers and other systems.
● Update receivables by calculating unpaid invoices.
● Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers.
● Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history and credit line in collaboration with collections team.
● Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinate monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verify totals and prepare report.
● Provide monthly reporting on all debtors to Manager, Transaction Processing.
● Manage the aging in the WIP account on the balance sheet by preparing month-end reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields with Two (2) years of demonstrated experience.
Position4: Manager, General Service
- Develop and implement the Unit’s plans and objectives.
- Develop and monitor the Unit’s budgets.
- Identify human resources requirements of the Unit and develop plan for meeting the requirements.
- Prepare and submit Unit reports to relevant organs.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue and feedback.
- Manage disciplinary concerns of the Unit’s staff.
- Represent the Unit in internal and external relationships.
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or relevant fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (3) years in a managerial role. OR Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or relevant fields of study with a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (4) years in a managerial role..
Position5:Machine and Equipment Maintenance planning Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields of study with a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience.
Position6: Manager, Rental Operations
- Determine customer equipment needs through questioning and qualifying
- Oversee daily rental activities, including equipment reservations, delivery, return, and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor and manage the availability and condition of the rental fleet to ensure operational efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Implement and maintain procedures for equipment inspections, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with rental agreements, terms, and conditions, including damage assessments and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimise equipment delivery and pick-up schedules.
- Administer all aspects of rental contracts; accurate rental dates, rates and all ancillary charges, amendments, suspensions and terminations
- Negotiate price and volume of original orders by maximising rate and volume. 9
- File contracts and related paperwork, and checking invoices and credit memos against contract files.
- Address customer issues, including complaints, damages, or billing concerns, and resolve them effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote rental services and identify upselling opportunities.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics such as utilisation rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports for the Rental Operations and Customer Services Director, providing insights on operational performance.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies based on market trends and fleet utilisation.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment collection, and financial reconciliation for rental operations.
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, inspections, and maintenance logs
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or relevant fields of study six (6) years of demonstrated experience, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role. OR Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or relevant fields of study eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (4) years in a leadership role.
