Position 1. Senior Public Relations
Officer
Job Purpose
- Supports the spokesman for the company and is
responsible for building relationships with government, media, and other
stakeholders while ensuring the implementation of PR policies and
procedures.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the company’s public relations programs
- Serves as liaison with staff, executives, senior
leaders, and the public,
- Implement PR policies and procedures with stakeholders
- Support PR planning and budget preparation for PR
events, programs, and initiatives,
- Prepares the online content in media announcements and
media kits,
- Prepares corporate image frequently and ensures it
is in compliance with the company brand,
- Monitors and tracks information relevant to the company
published on press, checks their coherence, and recommends/takes
appropriate actions as needed,
- Prepares input for corporate website, intranet,
and social media channels,
- Prepares content for various speeches, events,
hearings for top management,
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate
supervisor.
About You
Qualification and Skills
BA or MA in Public relations, Law,
Management, or related fields of study
Experience:
3 years for MA
5 years for BA

Position 2. Head, Public Relations and CSR
Job Purpose
- Acts as a spokesman for the company and is responsible
for building relationships with government, media, and other stakeholders
while ensuring the development and implementation of PR policies and
procedures. In addition, Public Relations and CSR Head leads
corporate social responsibility communication and programs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Organizes workflow and ensure that employees understand
their duties or delegated tasks;
- Monitors employee productivity and provide constructive
feedback and coaching;

sustainability into brand and planning,
- Identify new growth opportunities through
commercializing responsibility within the company,
- Advocate corporate social responsibility to various
audiences, internally and externally, conveying key company/brand actions
and efforts,
- Integrate organization CSR and compliance strategies to
overall company vision and mission,
- Develop, manage, and alter Kerchanshe’s social
responsibility policies,
- Ensure Kerchanshe has a positive impact on local
communities and the environment,
- Lead and create partnerships with clients, employees,
suppliers, charities, and other groups,
- Encourage links between the company and educational or
charitable groups,
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate
supervisor.

Position 3. Surveillance/Security officer
Background of the company
- Kerchanshe Group is the largest producer and exporter
of coffee in Ethiopia, and engage in manufacturing, agro-processing and
export business. It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to
the local and international markets. Currently Kerchanshe Group needs a
dedicated and motivated candidate
Responsibilities
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property;
monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and
access points; permitting entry
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities,
informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
- Complete reports by recording observations,
information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing
witnesses.
- Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building
and equipment controls
- Ensure operation of security equipment and surveillance
cameras by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following
manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for
repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Contribute to security team effort by accomplishing
related results as needed
- Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all
personnel, visitors, and the premises
- Respond to emergency situations to provide necessary
assistance to employees and customers
- Protect the company’s assets relative to theft,
assault, fire, and other safety issues
- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including
fire prevention, patrolling premises regularly, traffic control, and
accident investigations
- Report suspicious activity, criminal behavior, and
security breaches
About You
Qualification
- BSC Information Technology, Computer Science and
related fields.
Work Experience
- Zero (o) work experiences.
Skills
- Computer Knowledge
- Ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and the
like
- Ability to operate CCTV or Security cameras
- Security Experience preferred

Position 4. Assistance Store Keeper
General Job Description
- To procure, store, and issue supplies in a supply
operation; process and maintain inventory records; modify and implement
inventory control and disposal procedures; perform related work.
Specific Responsibilities
- Receive detailed and accurate information when goods
arrive at the warehouse, then carefully check and record the quantity and
condition of goods when moving out of the warehouse.
- To ensure proper stocking of materials by using
appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss.
- Receive delivery documents, make goods issue requests,
save information on the goods management system and transfer it to the
purchasing or accounting department under regulations to serve the next
control stage.
- To ensure a smooth issue of materials to the issue
department.
- Track the number of goods receipt/issue each day and
compare with the minimum norm to maintain warehouse efficiency
- Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock
within the store’s area of operation.
- Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile
orders based on par levels or needs.
- Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the
agreed standards, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
- Responsible for the day to day check on the storage
facilities of upkeep and hygiene.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all
reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued
always matches.
- Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person
collecting the goods and enter into the Inventory/Materials Management
System.
- To ensure that the store is always maintained up to
date in all respects in a presentable condition.

About You
Qualification
- BA in Accounting, supply chain management,
logistic, management, Economics and related fields
Experience
- 3 years’ of work experience as store keeper
Other Requirements
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively
manage time
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
