Africa Insurance Company (AIC) is a privately owned professional insurance company established in 1994, in accordance with the Licensing and Supervision of Insurance Business Proclamation No. 8/1994 and the Commercial Code of Ethiopia. The company was founded with a fully paid-up capital of 30 million Ethiopian Birr, divided into 30,000 ordinary shares, each valued at 1,000 Ethiopian Birr.
Position 1: Human Resource Management & Property Administration Officer-I
Educational Requirements: A BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, with a CGPA of 2.75 or higher. (Only graduates from 2015, 2016, and 2017 E.C. are eligible.)
Experience Required: 0-1 year of relevant work experience
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Human Resource Management & Property Administration Officer-III
Educational Requirements: A BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience Required: 4 years of relevant work experience
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Secretary/Cashier-I
Educational Requirements: Level-IV/III in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Office Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
Experience Required: 0-2 years of relevant work experience
