Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site supervision
- Ensuring quality control and construction safety
- Managing labor and checking progress
- Preparing site reports and daily logs
- Verifying and approving subcontractor work
- Raising site queries (RFI) when drawings are unclear

Educational Qualification
- Minimum: B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology
- Preferred: Licensed by Ethiopian Engineering Council (EEC) or equivalent
Work Experience
- Minimum: 2–3 years of hands-on experience at a construction site
- Preferred: 4+ years, especially on multistory buildings (6 floors or more)
Technical Skills
- Able to:
- Read and interpret structural & architectural drawings
- Perform site setting out using levels and total station
- Supervise reinforcement placement, formwork, and concrete works
- Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS)
- Inspect slab, beam, and column works before pouring
- Coordinate with the foreman and structural engineer for approvals
Software Knowledge
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Microsoft Excel (for reports and BBS)
- Project scheduling tools (MS Project or basic knowledge)
Requirement Skill
Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Powerpoint
