Position1: Talent Development (Junior E-Learning Designer and Developer)
Education:- BSC Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System, Electrical and Computer Engineering or other related fields. Certification in Graphic Design, Instructional Design and Video Editing & Animation Specialist is advantageous.
Work Experience:- Minimum of 2 years cognate experience.

To ensure eLearning content development, including analysis, design, development, and implementation of the highest quality, innovative digital learning for BOA employees.
2. Main duties and responsibilities
- Create gamified, responsive, interactive, and engaging online content using programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other techniques.
- Design and develop eLearning content using authoring tools and multimedia technologies like Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other related tools.
- Collaborate with teams in the design, development, and testing of instructional materials and online courses.
- Review and test new and revised curriculum offerings from other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; contribute to new curriculum or program ideas.
- Administer and manage tasks on the Learning Management System and digital repository.
- Support the implementation of user experience design principles and best practices for creating user-friendly online learning interfaces.
- Create innovative graphics and illustrations using relevant software applications to produce visually appealing designs.
- Actively work on video production, including video recording both in the e-studio and in the field.
- Properly manage and control multimedia e-studio equipment and activities for effective and efficient utilization.
- Visualize and implement storyboards as per instructional design principles, methodologies, and requirements.
- Develop eLearning content and other activities within defined timelines, specified scopes, and quality standards.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with other sectors and departments to enhance the proper utilization and implementation of the learning program.
- Explore and adopt emerging eLearning technologies and global best practices to enhance the digital learning experience at the Bank of Abyssinia.
- Upload different learning and development resources on the Learning Management System and other systems as per the standard and format.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

2. ሾፌር /Driver I / ዝርዝር ተግባራት:
- ሥራ ከመጀመሩ በፊት የሞተር ዘይት፣ ውሃ፣ መብራት፣ የጎማ ነፋስና የመሳሰሉትን ነገሮች መሟላታቸውን ያረጋግጣል።
- የባንኩን ከባድ፤ መካከለኛ፤ አነስተኛና ቀላል ተሽከርካሪዎች በመያዝ በከተማም ሆነ ከከተማ ውጭ ሠራተኞች ወይም ዕቃ በማጓጓዝ አገልግሎት ይሰጣል።
- ለተሽከርካሪው የሚያስፈልጉ ነገሮች እንደ ነዳጅ፣ መጠባበቂያ ጎማና የመፍቻ ዕቃዎች መሟላታቸውን ያረጋግጣል።
- በመስክ ሥራ ላይ ለተሽከርካሪው የሚያስፈልጉ ነገሮች እንደ ነዳጅና ሌሎች ዕቃዎችን ሲያስፈልጉ በህጋዊ ደረሰኝ ይገዛል፤ እንዲሁም ያወራርዳል።
- ጉዞ ከመጀመሩ በፊትና ከጨረሰ በኋላ የተሽከርካሪው የኪሎ ሜትር ቆጣሪ መነሻና መድረሻ ቁጥሮችንና የሄደባቸው ቦታዎችን በተዘጋጀው ቅጽ ወይም ፎርም ላይ ይመዘግባል።
- ለተሽከርካሪው የሚያስፈልጉትን መለዋወጫና እድሳት በመከታተል ለክፍል ኃላፊው ወይም ለትራንስፖርት አስተዳደር በወቅቱ ያሳውቃል።
- አነስተኛ ጥገናዎችን ያከናውናል፤ ከአቅም በላይ የሆነ ብልሽት ሲያጋጥም ሁኔታውን ወዲያው ለትራንስፖርት አስተዳደር ያሳውቃል።
- እንዲያደርስ የተረከበውን ንብረት በአግባቡ ቆጥሮ ለሚመለከተው አካል ያስረክባል።
- የተረከበውን ተሽከርካሪ ደህንነት በሚገባ ይጠብቃል።
- ተሽከርካሪው በብልሽት ምክንያት ለጥገና ጋራዥ ሲገባ ክትትል ማድረግ ፤ በትክክል መሠራቱንም ማረጋገጥ፤ እንደአስፈላጊነቱም ሁኔታውን ለክፍል ኃላፊው ወይም ለሚመለከተው አካል በወቅቱ ያሳውቃል።
- ተሽከርካሪው በወቅቱ ሰርቪስ እንዲደረግለት ይጠይቃል።
- ተሽከርካሪውን በየዓመቱ ያስመረምራል።
- ቦሎና ሌሎች እንዲለጠፉ የተጠየቁ ሰነዶች በተፈቀዱ የሽከርካሪው አካል ላይ ይለጥፋል።
- በስራ ሰዓት የባንኩን የደንብ ልብስ ንጽህናውን ጠብቆ ይለብሳል::
- ከቅርብ የስራ ሀላፊው የሚሰጡ ሌሎች ተያያዥ ስራዎችን ያከናውናል።

Position3:Foreclosure and Debt Litigation Surveillance Officer
Job Description
Education:– BA Degree/Diploma in Social Science or related fields. Certificate in Police Science is mandatory.
Experience :– Minimum of 2/4 years cognate banking experience.
Job Objective:
To Strive and get tangible result in searching and spotting attachable property of defaulters and liable persons followed by the department. Handle related to foreclosure, debt litigation, and criminal case.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Search and spot an attachment property.
- Identify problem areas of each difficulty finding of property case/s at hand recommend alternative solutions if necessary.
- Assist the foreclosure officer by making follow up the estimation of the collateral property result research reach on time from engineering service or any other organ.
- Assist foreclosure office during take over and hand over of the collateral property.
- Prepare statistical reports pertaining to searching spotting an attachment property on monthly basis.
- Participate in legal research (i.e. in data collection) aiming to improving foreclosure decision.
- Prepare clear write-off proposal and present the cases on time for appropriate decision.
- Write letter to the respective office of the government and collect the responses distribute and follow up, to seize the defaulting client collateral/s in reasonable time.
- Handle the physical visit of the property to the bidder, it would be performed in the absence of foreclosure officer upon the instruction of immediate supervisor.
- Assist the foreclosure officer in case of deposit of pictures and or video of the property to the bidder;
- Serve the legal notice to the borrower and mortgagor /pledger in collaboration with the branch; if the landing branch is in Addis Ababa city.
- Follow up crime cases handled by the police, prosecutor, court, or other similar crime investigation offices or government organs.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly & bi-annually and annually periodic performance report.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
