Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Qualifications:
- Graduates from 2023 or 2024 G.C. holding a BA degree in fields such as Accounting, Banking & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or closely related disciplines, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- No previous work experience is required.
- Applicants must be 25 years old or younger.
- Exit exam completion is mandatory.
Work Location: Dabat
Position 2: Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or related areas.
- A minimum of 3.5 years of experience in banking operations is required, including at least 1 year in a Senior Customer Service Officer role or an equivalent position.
Work Location: Dabat
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Specialist
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
- A minimum of 1.5 years of banking experience, with at least 6 months in a Customer Service Specialist role.
Work Location: Dabat
Position 4: Driver Mechanic I
Qualifications:
- Completion of 8th or 10th grade and possession of a valid Public Level I or Old 3rd Level driving license for dry cargo.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in both driving and vehicle maintenance.
- Skills in vehicle servicing, along with strong communication, teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Branch Manager – Grade C
Qualifications:
- MA/MBA degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or similar fields with at least 6.5 years of relevant banking experience.
- Alternatively, a BA degree in the above fields with 8.5 years of experience, including 2 years as a Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
