Position 1: Administrative Assistant
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Applicants must hold at least a BA degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Administrative Services Management, or a related business field. Alternatively, candidates with a diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or Administrative Services Management and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience are also eligible.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer III
Educational Qualification & Experience:
A BA degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations.
Workplace: Addis Ababa & Jimma Branches
Position 3: Digital Banking Officer
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Candidates must have a BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field, plus at least 3 years of experience in digital banking.

Position 4: Driver I
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Applicants must have completed 10th or 12th grade, possess a valid 3rd grade driving license, and have at least 2 years of driving experience.

Position 5: Manager – Interest-Free Banking
Educational Qualification & Experience:
A minimum of a BA degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting and Finance, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 6 years of relevant experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years spent as a Senior Interest-Free Banking Officer.

Position 6: Branch Manager
Educational Qualification & Experience:
A BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or another business-related field is required. Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in banking operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
