Position: Relationship Officer – Tech Industry

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or technical account management within a tech company.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud services, APIs, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
  • Experience using CRM or client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a B2B tech environment (e.g., software, fintech, health tech, edtech).
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and customer-driven environment.

Location: Addis Ababa
