Tsedey Bank Share Company (S.C.) is transformed from Amhara Credit & Savings Institution (ACSI). ACSI was initially established and licensed as a microfinance share company in April 1997.
Tsedey Bank S. C. has upgraded itself and joined the banking industry with huge capital and sizable asset position. The Bank was established with a paid-up capital of Birr 12 billion, which is well over the regulator’s minimum capital requirement for establishing bank business in Ethiopia.

Tsedey Bank is one of the microfinances that grew into a bank in recent years. It was formerly the Amhara Credit and Savings Institution. Amhara Credit and Savings Institution was established as Ethiopia’s first financial institution under the Microfinance Act of 1989, and it has now obtained a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia
The compensation will be as per the Bank’s salary scale and Benefit package.
Position : Bank Trainee (Information)
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Science or related fields
- Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 0 years
additional requirements include:
- CGPA 3.5 and above
- Pass in National Exit Exam
- Year of Graduation: 2024 and 2025
- Age not more than 25
