We are looking for high performer, self-motivated, vibrant, results-driven, sales enthusiast Senior Real Estate Sales Agent

Description of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate, reach out and perform on pitch to identify best locations to prospect potential buyers through survey and personal selling activities including cold call.

Perform lead generation campaigns on Social medias including paid Advertisements/boosting/ on Facebook and on others.

Consistent Customers following up, follow through and follow back activities

Develop short term and long term sales targets and Close sales deals of apartments 

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Ability to establish, manage and maintain positive business and customers  relationships

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes with in the scheduled goal set

Carry out any other related tasks as requested by the sales supervisor

Main skills and background we look for from the sales agent:

High performer in-person and social media communication skills.

Trainable and Fast learner.

Highly self motivated.

Detail oriented and well organized

BA Degree in any field of study

2 years experience in Sales agent position job at real estate sector with proven record!
