Position 1: Duty Supervisor – ADD
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- A university degree (or equivalent such as A-levels or baccalaureate) is preferred; alternatively, extensive industry experience will be considered.
- Proven expertise in frontline service delivery and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience working in high-pressure, multicultural environments in a supervisory role within a shift-based setting.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in the service, hospitality, aviation, or retail sectors, with sound knowledge of airport operations or travel industry standards.
- Candidates should possess strong leadership and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to outstanding service.
- The role demands balancing guest satisfaction with organizational goals, upholding top safety and security standards, and coordinating teams and service partners effectively during shifts.
Position 2: Airport Manager – ADD
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- A degree-level education is ideal (or its equivalent), though relevant experience will also be considered, particularly in leadership, business management, or project coordination.
- 7–9 years of senior-level experience in leadership or management roles, preferably with exposure to global operational practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, especially within a shift-based setting.
- Experience in international or regional airline operations is a plus.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders across diverse platforms.
