Available Positions:
1. Cashier Grade I
- Educational Requirement: Diploma or Level IV in Accounting & Finance
- Experience: Not required
- Number of Openings: 3
- Work Location: Addis Ababa
2. Manager – Risk Management, Compliance & KYC
- Educational Requirement: BA in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in risk management or similar roles within the financial sector
- Work Location: Addis Ababa
3. Accountant Grade I
- Educational Requirement: Diploma or Level IV in Accounting & Finance
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Number of Openings: 3
- Work Location: Addis Ababa
4. Customer Service Officer (CSO) Grade I
- Educational Requirement: Diploma or Level IV in Marketing, Accounting, or related disciplines
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Number of Openings: 33

5. Branch Manager Grade I
- Educational Requirement: BA in Accounting, Management, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: At least 2 years in microfinance as a Branch Manager, CSO, or Accountant
- Number of Openings: 2

6. Chief Information & Technology Officer
- Educational Requirement: BA in MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related areas
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Work Location: Addis Ababa
7. Director – Marketing and Corporate Communication
- Educational Requirement: BA in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years, including managerial or supervisory experience
- Work Location: Addis Ababa
