Position: Payment Collector

We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Payment Collector to manage client payments and ensure smooth, timely financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be honest, organized, and skilled in maintaining positive client relations while upholding our company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in finance or a related field is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in payment collection, customer service, or finance is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Responsible cash handling and financial accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy for maintaining records and generating reports.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with financial guidelines and regulations is beneficial.

Appearance & Dress Code:

• Professional dress is required (formal shirts, trousers or skirts, and closed shoes).
• A neat and tidy appearance is essential to reflect our professional image.
• Company-issued ID must be worn during working hours.
• Avoid wearing excessive accessories or jewelry.

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Field-based role, requiring travel to various client locations.
• Flexible working hours may be needed to accommodate clients’ schedules.
• Maintain strict confidentiality with all client financial data.
• Uphold high ethical and professional standards at all times.
