Neway Challenge Academy in Addis Ababa is actively seeking qualified professionals to join its team across various campuses. The academy, established in 2006, has grown to serve over 4,000 students with a staff of 400, operating under the accreditation of both the Addis Ababa and Nifas Silk-Lafto Education Bureaus .

Position 1: Assistant Teacher

Qualifications: Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in any discipline
Experience: Open to applicants with or without prior experience
Gender: Female
Number of Vacancies: 10

Position 2: Accountant

Qualifications: MA, Bachelor’s, or Diploma in Accounting and Finance
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a relevant role
Gender: Open to both Male and Female applicants
Number of Vacancies: 3

Position 3: Secretary

Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience
Gender: Female
Number of Vacancies: 3

Position 4: Executive Secretary

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science or related fields
Experience: 2 years with a Bachelor’s or 4 years with a Diploma
Gender: Female
Number of Vacancies: 3

Position 5: Finance Head / Senior Accountant

Qualifications: MA or BA in Accounting/Finance; training in accounting software and IFRS is mandatory
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a relevant financial role
Gender: Open to both Male and Female applicants
