Sales Representative
Description– TruLuv Granola is an artisanal all-natural snacks company based out of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We are a dynamic female-led business started in 2016, that makes healthy snacks made with ingredients we aim to sustainably source from local smallholder farmers and that are crafted by Ethiopian women.
We are looking for an energetic self-starter to join our team in the role of sales representative. You will work directly with our Sales and Marketing manager to oversee overall Sales and Marketing activities.
Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of Truluv Granola products in designated markets including Supermarkets, Minimarkets, Gyms, Hotels and Kiosks. This role includes developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading the expansion of our kiosk channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Truluv Granola products to assigned outlets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
- Ensure product visibility and availability in all assigned locations.
- Implement promotional activities and product tastings.
- Lead the rollout of the kiosk expansion plan including site identification, activation, and performance tracking.
- Collect and report market feedback and competitor activity.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Addis Ababa market and retail landscape.

Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the company’s digital marketing operations including content creation, social media management, and online branding. The role also involves supporting the Marketing Manager with offline campaign activities and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
- Develop digital content (images, captions, stories, posts).
- Monitor online engagement, respond to comments and messages.
- Track and report performance of digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators as needed.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in campaign planning and execution.
- Support in organizing marketing events and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and digital tools (Canva, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
